This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for orders, services, and vendor/service provider subscriptions on Just Click India.
Vendor & Service Provider Subscription Refunds (1-Year Plans)
Annual (1-year) subscription plans for registered vendors and service providers are prepaid for a fixed validity period (typically 365 days).
Refund requests for subscription fees may be considered only within 90 days from the date of successful payment or plan activation, whichever is earlier.
After 90 days from subscription purchase or activation, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period, even if the account is unused, suspended, or closed before the plan end date.
Eligible refund requests within the 90-day window are reviewed case by case. Approved amounts may be partial or full depending on usage, compliance violations, or payment disputes. Processing time is 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Within 90 days of subscription start: refund may be reviewed on request
- After 90 days: refund will not be provided
- Renewals and plan upgrades follow the same 90-day rule from the respective payment date
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting support or using the order management option in the app (when available). Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and a return may be required instead.
Service Booking Cancellation
Service appointments may be cancelled according to the service provider's policy. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your account standing.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved when:
- The order was cancelled before dispatch
- A wrong, defective, or damaged product was delivered
- A paid service was not provided as described
- Duplicate payment or technical billing error occurred
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Partial refunds may apply for opened or used items as per vendor policy.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds may not be available for:
- Perishable goods or custom-made products (unless defective)
- Digital products after download or activation
- Services already rendered in full
